Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). A hot basket helps the coating crisp up fast.
Prepare the basket. Lightly spritz with cooking oil if your basket tends to stick. This is optional but helps with browning.
Arrange the corn dogs. Place them in a single layer with a little space between each one. Don’t stack.
Air fry. Full-size corn dogs: Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway. Mini corn dogs: Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway.
Check for doneness. The coating should be golden and crisp, and the center hot. If needed, add 1–2 more minutes.
Rest briefly. Let them sit for 1 minute to cool slightly and firm up the crust.
Serve. Add your favorite sauces and toppings, then enjoy right away.
